Since I do not tend to associate any strong emotions with locations, the town of East Lyme in Connecticut would be my favorite place by virtue of being both my home town and the place I have spent the majority of my life.

Aha, the east coast, Jason... Oklahoma was a big move for you! My aunt lives in Connecticut, and I always have a good time visiting there. Maybe you will want to learn something about the Native storytelling traditions of the northeastern tribes; Connecticut itself is an Algonquian word! Algonquian peoples
ReplyDeleteI have some cousins that live in Connecticut and my mom is from New Jersey, but I have never been there. The company I would for out of Oklahoma City is headquartered there and I would like to visit sometime. I almost went one time when I fishing off the coast of New York, but didn't have enough time. It looks like a really pretty place.
